Job Scope
You are appointed by contractors to carry
out photographic survey of the properties surrounding the site
before the commencemement of work. This is to confirm the
pre-existing condition.
In the event of a claim, you are appointed by insurance companies
to ascertain the nature and extent of the damage and whether this
can be attributed to the contractors' work. A reasonable amount of
office work and site work is required.
Personal Qualities
- Tactful and able to communicate
- Good written and oral communication skills
- quick learner
Entry Requirements
- ITC, Diploma in engineering disciplines
- fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Educational and training
- On the job
training under an Engineer and a Chartered Loss Adjuster
- Further education developments on insurance and chartered loss
adjusters examinations
