Allowed to work part-time?

Hi, I have a question to ask.

If I am working as a civil servant, say at MOE or MOH, am I allowed to work part-time elsewhere to earn extra income?

You can and you can’t . Find a job that does not have any cpf contributions.

You can do anything you want, as long you are not caught
