Trainee Senior Operations Supervisors ( PSA )
You will undergo a comprehensive 2-year training programme which
will comprise classroom training, attachments and on-the-job
training (OJT). This programme will equip you with technical skills
critical for the smooth and efficient running of our
operations.
As part of the training programme, you will be deployed to plan and
co-ordinate the various aspects of our operations. This includes
ship operations, yard operations, allocation and deployment of
resources. You will also supervise and motivate your teams to meet
performance targets.
Requirements:
· GCE 'A' Levels with at least 2 'A' and 2 'AO' credits or a
Diploma from a recognised institution
· Strong communication skills and leadership skills
· Willing to perform 3 rotating shift
· Perfect colour vision
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Remuneration:
Including incentive and allowances, average monthly gross salary
starts from $2,100 pm ($2,300 pm with NS). Your estimated annual
package with bonuses will begin at $27,000 pa ($29,500 pa with
NS).
