FireIce SG depends on wat kinda company and wat kinda programming... fresh can ask for 1.5 or 1.6 (cos the employer sure "bargain" with u one)
thoreldan SG 1.3 is too low for a programmer imho... try to find one in the 1.5-1.6 range 1.3 - 1.5 is more for IT support or helpdesk type of job
