Go hypermart or car care shop can get lots of products.
If you don't want to spend too much money, use dishwashing liquid
mix with water and wipe the dashboard.
If you want to polish exterior of car, then I suggest Autoglym.
Make circular motions while polishing, not straight lines.
Alternatively, you can go those DIY shop to get those auto
polisher. But manual polish gives you a good workout.
