Hello, i am looking at it from a different point of view
What i will do
if i am gambler
I may borrow a very large amount of money from loansharks, go
for a gambling course, and win a bigger sum from the casino.
Harrassment from loansharks can be deterred by paying them
promptly.
What i will do
if i am a the innocent neighbours
I will get all my neighbours and make sure that the one who
borrowed money pays up promptly.
I will learn gambling from that neighbours of mine
