live in.
Alright, most hdb blocks, regardless old/new, the first 3
floors from the ground usually get their water supply from the
underground mains, not the roof tank, hence water pressure should
never be an issue.
Almost, all old/new flats have their roof water tanks upgraded
with a booster pump, there is almost no chance of the booster pump
breaking down, because of redundancy (got 2, not 1).
You gotta check if your water pressure is constant throughout
the day, because some boosters work on a peak timer, and not
on-demand.
Do a simple test with your main valve, find out how much flow
you have in its fully shut, and fully open position.
