Hi guys’ i recieved this first letter reg of hdb letter intend
to compusory to acquire my flat(not register mail) due to loan
arrea of 11mths ($5123.) Cos due to driving of taxi.. i dun have
cpf to paid.. do i still have the chance to talk to them for a
installment plan or die die they will take back my flat? Thanks for

Yes, I think you should talk to a hdb person to restructure your
loan.
You should bring along your financial statements to prove that
you are not in arrears due to negligence or irresponsibility.
If you are not making any progress with officers at the counter,
please insist you speak to the supervisors and keep escalating
upwards into managements levels.
Most complain I know of regarding HDB is that those frontline
customer service levels often stonewall people seeking
help.
As long as you are approaching in good faith, and seeking to pay
your dues, you should not be turned away like a beggar on the
street.
