anyone knows wad is gd for knee support.. keep having the creaking feeling.. den for the finger pain from the knckles from the fist to the middle part wad can i do to relieve it? or use wad to compress it, like those ppl ..sprain ankle den tie it up tightly so the person can walk.

Knee kinda got sleeves and open hole 1 .. den 1 is like knee warmer or wadever? anyone know the diff?

den for the calf if i get frequent cramps wad can i do to prevent it.

I tot all the pharmacy they got tis knee support thingy... Like elastic elatic kinda of material... Use it, esp durin sports, for additonal support lor...

Finger pain ah... Mayb each day u rub some oil or balm to relive it, b4 u sleep lor... Or mayb u sufferin from aristhis? sorry, dunno the spellin... But got saw some balm specially for it... It is usually joint pains, esp finger there... n then got swollen lik tat lor...

cramps in the calf... massage therapy and enough electrolytes...

also stretches... as in, get a towel or a belt and pull your foot (the toe part) towards you... to stretch the calf...

use a hot pack.. it'll help too Smile
