WHATODO SG This car is Sexy! Wonder how much will this cost on Singapore Hyundai unveiled its highly anticipated Concept Genesis Coupe during a press conference at the Los Angeles auto show today. The concept is meant as a preview of the automaker's forthcoming 2 + 2 sports coupe scheduled to go on sale in spring of 2009. Under the bonnet is a V6, thought to be 3.6 litres is size with around 300bhp, while Hyundai claims 0-60mph runs in under six seconds. The production car will feature a six-speed box (though Hyundai doesnt say whether its a manual), a limited-slip diff - and V8 power. That means the 4.6-litre V8 from the Genesis saloon concept, with which this coupe shares its platform.
yxTay SG You missed out an important information: this car is going to be rear-wheel drive, unlike that of the current Tiburon. Not so sure how is it gonna perform though. Rumours say that it’s competing in the league of the Ford Mustang (and hence the above pictures with the Mustang).
n0x SG the hood is ugly... other than that... its nice.... and the rims looks like those of M6.... and if so... how much will it cost... surely in excess of 100k... and will sg pple be willing to fork out so much for a korean car???
WHATODO SG The hood is for the V8 version. The normal ones just have plain hood and should be less than 100K or cheaper then integra.

Unknown_X SG my mark x 2.5l v6 is already 92k. a mark x 3.0l is abt 104k. cannot be lesser than 100k. unless becuz it's a korean car. but i doubt cuz it's korean it will be cheap.
WHATODO SG Dont think the price will be as expensive as Celica. Besides, Singapore will most likely get smaller then 3.5 engine.
Unknown_X SG yes there is a 3.0l mark x. there's also a limited edition 3.0l one too. supercharged v6 iirc. im not sure how much a celica is but i dont really like the looks of it.
cornyfish2000 SG The 3L Mark X has the same engine as the Lexus GS300... with 240+ BHP on tap. Never seen one on the road myself though... i doubt any parallel importers here bring the 3.0L Mark X in...
Unknown_X SG lol u r wrong, there are quite a number on sg roads. seen and caressed quite a few myself. u can't tell the difference between those 2.5l ones though so maybe u dunno whether u have seen 1 or not.
