marlboro SG in army i remember they have this system called ‘flood lake’ which trains ur stamina.. sprint 400m, rest for 30sec, and jog for 400m, rest 30sec and sprint again… try it, i do think it does help
edLow SG run n run n run n run lor. or sprint for a distance, ex: 350m .. den walk/jog a short distance, ex 50m.. den sprint again for a distance, ex: 350m, again n again.
sgFish SG ahahhahhahaha.. but actually 2.4 is ok wad..anything more than 4km then a bit tiring lor.. but just build your stamina up gradually lar..keep steady pace and don't speed up or slow down or walk for the entire duration..
edLow SG it the mentally tat count.. surprising.. i find tat after running a long distance… instead of feeling tired.. i find myself more energtic to run.. maybe body is too shag to think…. “i’m tired”
