they gave a $5 credit for the delay right
and then postponed the redemption/delivery date
to 13 July
then leh
wait and wait still no have again right
now leh, they say the 2nd shipment when they received their goods,
half the inventory were damaged
(you know it's the flavourwave oven we're talking about)
so got to wait for their replenishment
sorry for the inconveniences caused

actually feel like cancelling the order
becos they obviously got some problem with this item
