Are you studying in Poly or Sec school?
Doctor says other polyclinic will know about this?
As parents letter may not work in polytechnic, Best way is to go
to a private clinic now, and get a 2-3 days MC including today.
If you are in sec school(if your teacher accept letter), you can
use the following letter as a guide:
Dear Mr/Mrs/Mdm __________ [Teacher name goes here]
I am the Parent of ______________[Your name goes here], register
no. _____ , from class _________ .
My son was unable to attend school on 1st August 2012 as he was
feeling very unwell in the midst of recovering from flu which he
caught a few days ago.
I am aware that he had missed his maths common test as a
result.
I hope that you can allow him to resit for the maths paper when he
is back in school.
