i'll recommend Thick face black heart by Chin-Ning Chu. There are
2-3 versions under the same title, warrior philosly, for managers
and one more i can't recall. Get the for managers one.
It's based on the "Thick Black theory" by Yu Zhong Sheng (I think)
written in olden china. Even the then selfish and corrupted
merchants find it too evil too be read. Hence his works is banned.
Chin-Ning Chu applied these principles in her life and wrote Thick
Face Black Heart, an expansion/a development from the "Thick Black
Theory".
