This is mean "account payee only". It's mean OCBC will check to
see if the name on the cheque matches the one in their system. If
match, then the cheque will be cleared and you will get the
money.
crossed cheque, account payee name only.
Sometimes you will see the stamp " A/C Payee only" , also mean
the same thing.
