usually i try to feel it then i put myself in the scenario. no
voice in my head though.
talking about reading, usually i don't visualise it, perhaps it's
always non fiction i'm reading. however, there's this book which
i've desperately tried to visualise. It's called flatlands - a
romance of dimensions. Quite a physics book, about people living in
a one dimensional world (not thoughts, but quite literally in
physics term)....how they differentiate each other apart is by
Length say __ and _____
and they are always moving in straight lines. Now go visualise.
