So once I've appointed you, you will be the new moderator for 9
months, unless you requested to be de-mod or I de-mod you. Of
course I will pm you before I appoint or de-mod you.
This is not about having authority or who is the boss around here.
It is about having a sense of belonging and the experience of
moderating a poetry forum.

Hey dsnake1 & SM,
This is just an example lah. I have not decide on what to do
yet.
But really, the most important quality of a DPS (S) mod is his/her
love for poetry, and you guys fill the bill.
