Hi, I have a friend who wants to start some an business
making and selling valve (tube) amplifiers for guitars. He says
that he has a crew ready, and has someone interested in
buying one amplifier.
My question is that do you think this kind of small time
operation has to be registered as a business with ACRA? also feel
free to offer any other advice and things
