Complex in the sense that time, space and matter were created by
this entity (which is still, I think, a self contradictory notion
but that's not the point). Also complex in the sense of
omnipotence, omnipresence, and omniscience. I understand that
complexity is usually a physical attribute, but it can also be a
mental state. For example - "White Dust, you have such a complex
way of thinking through Physics" or "BroInChrist, you have such a
complex thought process regarding time and causality". However, as
far as I understood Dawkins, he never did use this argument
(although it's mentioned in The God Delusion). His position is more
of (and is similar to mine) that we do not believe because there is
no reason to postulate the existence of God in our current
understanding of the world.
Then I submit that one cannot go from "the universe is complex" to
"God is more complex than the universe" since the former is a
physical entity whereas the latter is not. In fact, to speak of God
as a complex being is most unusual. See

While you share Dawkins' view as seeing no reason to postulate
the existence of God, many people see a host of reasons to credit
God as being the cause of the universe. But I would like to hear
from you why the current understanding of the universe means that
there is no place for God.
