in the 1st place, closed-book exams serve no purpose. mugging is
a must for efficiecy during exam conditions with no time to think
at leisure. especially when 1 question can cost 15%, is
non-structured and involves more than 10 un-guided steps. the 1st
wrong step in wrong direction snowballs into disaster, with time
wasted in vain. they should be banned
