pop up reminder

Hi good morning friends,

I got this RESOLUTION NOTICE popping up every minute on my computer screen.

It is very irritating and I cannot disable it.

Please help. Thanks

screenie pls

When it gives you the option for:

Press 1 to clear message
Press 2 to Disable Message

Press 2 on your monitor, not the keyboard.

thanks for your suggestion but it does not work because the pointer goes behind the popup box; so cannot chose either option

your monitor has physical buttons labelled 1 and 2. press 2.
