It is unusual, but you could say i was born with the ability to
do so. I can easily recall myself when I was younger attaining
lucid dream states easily, and I have never lost the ability even
until now.
I used to run a small society in my school to help people
achieve lucidity, attain OBE, reach higher astral planes and the
likes. However, the group is no longer there.
There are a number of techniques which have various degrees of
success in helping one achieve lucidity, some of which were the
results of experimentation among my friends. I am not one for
