Do you mind working shifts?

What about weekends or Public Holidays?

Is working shifts and on weekends so bad? Rolling Eyes

ahkico SG

Quite... Coz i m the sort tat thinkin... Weekends n public holidays R meant 4 restin! But since it comes wif the job... No choice... Wat will happen if no one works on tis daes?

No shops R open...

No emergency service

Etc...

x2. Singaporean are still very fussy about their jobs. Ive seen many people rejecting jobs offers because they need to work shifts and on weekends.

They rather stay at home waiting for their ideal job to drop from the sky. Rolling Eyes

Really don't understand. Wink

my last job caused me to work all weekends and public holidays for 7 years...
imagine 7 years working on x'mas, new years,CNYs,national days, and ALL holidays....and of cos fridays and saturdays....

so no more, i will never ever want a job that require me to work weekends!!!

i last time complain even abt 5 1/2 days wk.... Razz

doghouse837 SG

i had to work shift for my next 5 years
but one good thing is that i only work for around 6 months
and still can minus my leave and MCs
hehe
so i work less than 5months in a year
so after all, its also quite good
haha

$$$ talks... as long pay according for my service, who care what day it is... cannot pay for my time, do it yourself, and time got no price ain't it Question

1 day i have 86400 sec, but this 86400 sec is not going to bring forward... think abt it, it just work, not your life Razz
