Jetstar Asia's reservation system to shut
down from Fri till Mon
Low cost carrier Jetstar Asia's entire reservation system will
close from 2pm tomorrow till the morning of Monday, the 9th of
February.
This, while the airline undergoes its biggest reservation system
replacement in its four year history.
During the process, customers will not be able to make any
bookings or amendments with the company's telephone reservation
centre, and at Jetstar.com.
But the company says that passengers travelling during the
transition will not be affected unless they require changes to be
made to their flight bookings during this time.
It adds that passengers making new bookings or changes to their
flights during the transition period should call their local call
centers for further assistance.
