WinnieThePooh SG there is a difference between an airport terminal and an airport. Changi Aiport contains Terminal 1, T2, T3, Budget Terminal (horrible name), and the premium terminal. These terminals are in the airport..
Exige60 SG Dunno how many terminals are there in the airport already and still want to build another airport...really crazy...if u want to improve then why close up the viewing gallery? Have you heard of an airport without a viewing gallery?
