They can facilitate the process if they "ar-kar-liow" wz the HR
/ Cabin crew dept ,the CCEs n of coz use themselves as referee but
its all boil down to the performance during the interview..of coz
the height,medical, aptitude, deportment, IQ,EQ will depend on the
candidate herself..mind you ..its not jus service n walkin in the
sarong, the cabin crew first primary role is flight safety n they
hav to pass a SEP test on type.
including wet drill, evacuation,survival,first aide..deployment of
emerg exits n slides,crowd control..etc...so they interviewers are
looking for this typ of potential .
