I dunno, but I heard this hunch from my aunt who flies regularly
on SQ. Recently, I flew on Asiana to Korea. It was a 767-300, much
smaller size than the ones SQ use to fly to Korea (777-200). The
767 was a dwarf compared to other planes at Incheon.
During the flight, we encountered a lotta turbulence and that was
the case on both directions. My aunt says that SQ planes do not
rock as much as the plane we took. Quite sure that SQ uses 777
almost on all routes and other planes that it uses are
significantly larger than 767s, I would like to ask, will the size
of the plane affect its stability? Or we must not discount other
factors?
Thanks for answering!
