Let's talk about how you make your nails nice nice.

I am off my hair extension liao. cuz my hair is longer now and I have to let my hair rest from now on. Hair extension, though very pretty, can be very damaging in the long run.

Now I am focusing on nails and would like to hear and exchange views on how to make nice nails - eg regular mani, nail art (best if you can show pictures).

I just heard that Arab Street got a lot of shops selling cheap swarovski rhinestones for blinging your phone and nail art one.

Shucks, today went past there, didn't stop by. Maybe lunch time see which colleague got outside meeting, dong bang me there.

I went in there too last minute last night.

Couldnt find the wheel, but the stones are selling in individual packets, roughly $2/- plus for a packet of same coloured stones.

Was there to check out the stones with a metrosexual male that will be taking up courses on hair, make up and nails for brides to be.

If there is no wheels. Will some pill boxes to store your favourite colours work?

iirc, there are nail accessories (plus other beauty stuff) stores in bugis village and FEP, at slightly inflated prices and young mei mei SAs with black faces

Fren posted me this question:

He wanted to put the sparkly stones down on still wet nail polishes to let them stick. And maybe secure them with a layer of clear top coat.

I suggest he use some kinda glue instead. Because I think the top coat will diminish the stones' shines.

Recommendation from you experienced nail art folks?

to secure crystals and nail art but not lose the shine, set it in those UV gel (the one u use for gel extensions)

i think u can get gel kits off Sasa
but u need to get the UV machine thingy oso

How do we remove the gel later?

this evening met up with some friends. One of them just did soft gel. Very nice. blink blink one. But this one dun need to file off. Soak off can already, cuz it's soft gel.

She did it at this shop opened by a Korean at Far East Plaza. Cannot remember the shop name. But I think the unit number is #05-07.

Quite nice leh. Her nails very shiny shiny one, though she already had it for 1 month liao.

soak off as much as possible, the rest have to file off.....

after removal, i can feel my nails bery thin and soft
got to let them rest for a couple of months b4 i go mani again
