weird thing about pumice and my foot is, even when i pumice the
skin doesnt really come off. i bought the pumice stone from
watsons. =X
scrub = pumice? or buy a bristle brush (for foot) to scrub?
Errr.....its only to help exfloliate away the dead skin. Not
necessary to take all your skin off. Do it regularly, and
especially when your skins at the bottom of your feet is soften
during your shower, or after a food soak. (I find my dead
skins...whitish colour skins are easier to slough off, after I have
been swimming at the pool.)
Dont pumice the top of your foot, it hurts!. If you like, can
also get a brush to brush the top of your foot,in between your toes
and your toes to get rid of dead skin cells that will harbour the
bacteria that make your feet smells.
And dont walk about barefooted in the showers, especially those
public showers and toliets....you pick up warts, germs, ringworms
& bacteria.
