since it's so raved about

there is 20% disc at watsons

REVIEW of maybelline gel liner:
super good sia!!!
dries quite fast after drawn (so wun smudge the crease)
brush is quite good oso.... can draw a solid fine line.....even for ppl like me who is used to pencils and autoliners.....
the most impt of all.....no smudge!
