Good stuff for oily faces??

Please anyone any suggestions?

I have very oily and acne prone skin.. and, I'v tried loads of products but still my face is oily.

I buy oil-control wash, toner and moisturiser but still..for eg just bought bodyshop's TTO range but my face becomes oily after just an hour.

I am looking for a whole range of products, wash, toner, moisturiser, foundation etc, please do share experiences you have had with your products ^^ and if you have any good products to recommend.

i think TBS seaweed range is quite good in oil control...

have u tried products from men's range?
might help becos they are for much better oil control.

do u mean the men's products from TBS? i afraid it'll be too strong for my skin cos i heard it cause problems for women's skin.

ok..seaweed range huh..another lot of money spent on sth im not sure if it works... hmmm i'll give it a try tho ^^

no no... not the TBS one...

u can start with those drugstore brands
i read tt biore men facial wash and scrub quite good.... many ladies are using them.......

TBS's core business is bath products... so they are not relli strong in the face care products....
i think u dun have to waste anymore money on them....

of course..... counter brands are more trusted..... such as clinique...... biotherm.....

icic..should have thot of that. the BODY shop. not the FACE shop. hmmm. but TFS range doesn't help my skin either.. a little, but not much difference.

oohh. too bad i dont think biore have toner and moisturiser (for men, i mean).

hmm. shall go take a look.

u no need use all from the same brand or range wat....
mine is all mix and match....

i use moisturiser oni in the morning..... before i apply sunscreen... then makeup...
if i not going out and no need makeup, i don't use moisturiser.......
i dun use at nite......

use a hydrating toner with no alcohol
like ICM rose water... cheap and good...

ohh. i nv put makeup cos my face alr oily. i tried before den effect not nice.

u have to go thru a lot of trial n error to find pdts tt suit u....
wats good for others may not be good for u....
need some luck.....

start with drugstore brands as they are more frenly on the wallet.....
i find liquid neutrogena quite good..... and ZA cleansing gel......
for toner.... ICM rose water, neutrogena alcohol-free toner, simple toner....

u can also check out avene, eucerin, clinelle......

somtimes hor..or rather recently....

i realized that my face is shiny or oily becos its lacking in moisture...

after putting masks everyday, can feel that my face secrete lesser oil..and pores are smaller temporary...after the moisture effect from the masks are gone, the large pores comes back, the oil secretion increases....

so maybe TS can start from another point of view that its not oily skin that you are only facing...but cld be due to dry skin that causes the body to secrete more oil, to protect against moisture loss..

the weather here is also horrible for my skin...when i go overseas with colder temperatures and lesser humidity..my skin looks great!

other than tat..usually i will look out for things like clay, kaolin, charcoal products..it helps me in clarifying my skin of all the oil, sebum, impurites and dead skin...

usually they come in the form of facial masks...can be peel off or wash off ones...
