it has always been watery lehz i find..
missha ones too..colour looks nice, but once apply, so
transparent..have to lik apply 4-5 coats then can see solid
colours
those with shimmer are more watery i think
the old ones i got are mostly matt, and quite thick
even the OPI new colors oso become diluted liao
