hi, anyone been to browhaus at paragon/raffles city/ wheellock
place? how’s the service and quality? is there any more permanent
method of shaping brows (other than tattooing them on of course^^)
cos the brows usually grow back after a week and it can get quite
unsightly..the stubbles..
