It’s a applied on “Tan” that makes you darker for a few days up
to a week. Google for “sunless tanning” or “indorr tanning” may
give you some results. There are a couple of tanning saloons in
Singapore. I know one indoor tanning saloon at China Square Central
but not sure if they got sell those applied one aka sunless tan or
not.
