hey guys, im new here. so anyway, a week ago i was crossing the
overhead bridge outside J8 when i saw them bringing up all sorts of
rides including this ferris wheel (my fav!). and then 3 nights ago,
all the lights were on. does anyone know when this carnival will
open? its outside J8. thanks!
