Looking for some advice folks. Can a foreign worker with a SG
Work Permit or Pass marry a Canadian citizen who is still living
abroad? It would be a civil ceremony in Singapore registered with
ROM.
I know a permit/pass holder cannot marry a Singaporean citizen,
but am not sure if they could marry non-Singaporeans.
The goal is to live back in Canada.
