Arrange 20 lady finger halves, cut sides up, in the bottom of an 8 inch square baking dish. Drizzle half the coffee mixture over the ladyfinger halves. Spread half of cheese mixture over ladyfinger halves; repeat process with the remaining ladyfinger halves, coffee mixture, and cheese mixture. Spread remaining 1/2 cup Cool Whip evenly over cheese mixture; sprinkle with Cocoa. Place one toothpick in each corner and in center of Tiramisu to prevent plastic wrap from sticking to top. Chill 2 hours or freeze for 2 hours before serving so it will cut cleanly. Serves 8.
larrenV2.003 SG Hwah special service for u ah.......... Not in SG hor Have u heard of of the saying Man make the best chef?
Lingos SG Oh so.. this one uses cream cheese. Actually they are similar except mascarpone is lighter (i think)
BeEtHoVeN SG there is one pasta and desert italian restaurant in holland village, their tiramisu is what i grade as superb !
Lingos SG Everyone does Tiramisu differently. I didn't think they baked tiramisu... I thought they whacked everything and chilled it in the fridge..
Lingos SG Some just whack the finger biscuits in a cup, some crush it. Anyway, why does it say "bake" at the top when you don't bake it?
