by right. each cinema shd hav an usher to 'keep the peace'. if the management under employs or the staff eat snake n trouble breaks out. u have all the right to kick up a fuss.

use terms such as... 'yr service is terible!' n 'i demand a refund' best of all 'ill write a letter to ST forums about the lousy mangement of this cinema'....
