Register A Business With House Address

Hello people! Is it possible to register a business with my house address in Singapore?

You see, I want to provide a door to door computer service. Do I have to have a special building or something? Because mostly I will be outside doing onsite service.

Only the Owner who wish to operate a Home Office can apply via OBLS as long as his/her business can comply with the conditions of the scheme and his/her business does not fall under the non-permissible list of businesses. The only fee payable to HDB is the administration fee $20 for 5-year approval period.'
