Local celebrities earnings system?

TooFree SG

Im just curious. Does anyone who works in mediacorp or have friends in entertainment industry happened to know how much do local celebrities earned? Do they go by collection of monthly wages like us with CPF or do they get paid piece-rate meaning for each episode a celebrity filmed then will she/he be paid? Discuss.

Felicia Chin left Mediacorp for study... is it possible that mediacorp is not paying enough to retain her for her A level?
