How many km per full tank is considered good?

So far, I see only 1 reply about how 'full tank' is calculated to measure exactly how many km the car can run based on that full tank. I also suggested how I would measure accurately a full tank.

Anyone knows an accurate way to measure full tank and how many km your car can go ? people can say their car FC is 10km/l lah, 14km/l lah. but how did they measure that? to compare, we need to use the same yardstick.

Pump to full tank.Set the trip odometer to 0.The next time you fill up(full tank),
take note of the amt of petrol pumped(on the fuel pump).Divide the km on the trip odometer by the litres pumped in.

My dad's Picanto's 1.1-litre engine can manage 13 to 14km/l..but it's not very good actually..16 to 17km/l is achievable..for 1.6-litre engines, 13 to 14km/l is good enough..for 2.0-litre, 10km/l is not bad also..for 2.4-litre, 7km/l is the norm..
