xiaogu (chen liping) is the mum of kaida (zhou chu ming), kaijie
(tay ping hui) and kaiqi (bai wei xiu). shes a widow to start
with.
earlier, xiaogu met jin long's dad, ah jin (also starred by li nan
xing). both developed feelings for each other and he married
xiaogu.
