So they continue to celebrate their birthday one day after 28 Feb or just don't celebrate for that year? O_O

Newspaper got report about leap year babies.

If im not wrong they celebrate their birthday during that date only.

So if they are 24 years old, they only celebrated 6 times. which they will cheekily say they are 6 years old.
