i am looking to rent a rehersal space for my band that consists
of drums electric guitars and keyboards. the size does not have to
be big but around 100 squarefeet would be comfortable.
i have looked into properties such as warehouses and vacant
rooms, but the issue of sound being to loud always arises and i am
not sure whether they are the suitable type of property.
i have consulted a property agent and she appears to be baffled
as well.
anybody have any suggestions?
thanks!
