Basically to reduce scar appearance, there are 2 things :
1. introduce scrubbing and removal of surface skin
2. promote regeneration of new skin
If you go to a pharmacy, go look for glyclocic acid and / or
salacylic acid products, those two are effective and safe chemical
srubber.
Nextly, find and apply cream which has vitamin A, C, E, as these
3 vitamics will intensify your new skin regeneration.
For those 2 steps above, you can go to a pharmacy and then talk
to a pharmacist for her advice. The products would be relatively
cheap and easy to use. Do not worry.
However If your scar is really deep and noticible, the 2 steps
above may not be enough to satisfy your expectation, and for the
more intensive repair, it may need, laser or mechanical srubbing,
and for this you need to go to a dermatologist office and the cost
may be higher.
Thank you,
