Sorry not the hardest word
HONG KONG - A wrangle between Hong Kong actors Nicholas Tse and
Dicky Cheung and a mainland Chinese actor appears to be over - for
now.
Tse and Cheung had met Chinese actor Wang Bozhao and apologised to
him over an alleged beating about a week ago.
Wang had accused the two actors of beating him up for real while
the three were filming a fight scene for a gongfu series.
He had asked the two for an apology.
On Sunday night, from his hospital bed in Beijing where he is
recovering from alleged injuries, Wang told reporters that Tse and
Cheung had visited him with a fruit basket at the hospital.
He said the head of a society for Hong Kong TV professionals had
intervened in their dispute.
He added that the two actors were sincere and he had accepted their
apology.
But he said the matter would only be resolved after Tse and Cheung
issue a public apology at a press conference, Hong Kong newspaper
Wenweipo said.
