Singtel says you can in Malaysia by dialing *131*60 phone number
#Send for calling someone in Malaysia.
Tried in Malaysia to do this. Gets no response. I tried to add in
012 (for someone in KL) after 60 to no avail. I can see they are
deducting money from my Hi Card but I am not getting through. Is
the way I am doing it wrong?
BTW, I tried with a normal mobile with no roaming and it can call
this hi card phone (both of us in Malaysia). This phone dials
*121*65 phone number#send.
