Wahhhhh, like that already still dun isolate it.
If u want to keep goldfish, be sure to have a quarantine tank, with
proper aeration and heater.
Oh ya, recently weather is very cold. Goldfish are more prone to
white spots in cold water. Heat it up to abt 26 degree
celsius.
Those read lines u see are blood streaks, usually happen when the
fish is very stressed.
