agree that guys like to do things "chop", but sometimes it means
quality is compromised. and yes, we are lazy, agree on that one
too. 
but do things "chop" has its
distinct advantages in some situations. chop chop finish, chop chop
rest. chop chop get back to playing halo 2, etc.
in terms of creativity, girls are not lacking. it's only coz some,
SOME only, are shy about speaking up, and they let the guys lead.
there's a reason for this: some guys do not like girls to
overshadow them. and girls realise, over time, that in order to
keep things peaceful and harmonious, it may be be better to take a
back seat and let the guys decide what to do. that's why they might
give the impression that they lack a sense of urgency. they are
waiting for instructions, so to speak. no offence to the gals. but
alot of girls now are not like that, and some are really vocal,
some are truly dynamic leaders. the world aint what it used to be
in our fathers' times.
