Witness 1 location and drove by another where the new ERP has
been implemented.
1. BKE after dairy farm road towards PIE - Jam and stretched up to
KJE as ever. No significant improvement
2. Ophir entrance to ECP (Changi) - Jam too, made worse with
accident that causes massive Jam. Frankly, there is simply no
better alternative roads for people living in the east, as Geylang
road is already jam packed.. and nicoll highway congregates to very
much smaller roads like mounbatten or old airport (detoured)
road.
